CTPOA has applied for an received our required $25,000 Surety Bond and completed the NMLS licensing application.  We have already submitted our application to Equifax and TransUnion to furnish data to these credit bureaus and we hope the process is completed swiftly. We anticipate member pricing to place a tenant into collections at $19.95 plus 30% of any monies recovered.

TO PLACE A TENANT INTO COLLECTIONS, THE FOLLOWING DATA IS REQUIRED;

1. Header record (supplied by us)
2. Rental/ Lease Number
3. Rental / Lease Start-Date
4. Total Rental Obligation Amount
5. Rental/ Lease Duration
6. Rental/ Lease Payment Frequency
7. Rental/ Lease Payment Amount Due
8. Rental/ Lease Payment Amount Collected
9. Rental/ Lease Status
10. Rental/ Lease Balance
11. Tenant, Co-tenant, and co-leasee indicative information (Name, SSN, Address)
