The proposed lead paint provision in the Health Departments Bill has us concerned that the State is creating a new crisis when it should be celebrating a victory over childhood lead poisoning. We’ve met with Legislators and have opened a discussion with the Director of the Lead Poisoning Prevention Program at the State level.
