Grapple over licensing

Vernon, Meriden and Windham continue to grapple over licensing and Certificate of Compliance issues, while New Britain is repealing its controversial landlord license fee. It’s amazing to see the same Certificate of Compliance policy heading in two different directions at the same time with two cities trying to create a new program when a third city that has been running the program for many years is considering repeal…that’s our government in action!
