We’ve been busy with both State and local issues hitting us at the same time. The CT Department of Public Health has made a questionable decision and introduced House Bill#5537 and has lowered the level of what they consider to be a lead poisoned child. The Bill also increases fines to $5,000 a day for lead abatement contractors, we’re working on this legislation now and will have more news shortly!
