Hamden Proposes To Raise Off-Campus Permit Fees – The Quinnipiac Chronicle
The Town of Hamden is proposing an increase in the fee it charges to property owners renting to college students to $1,000 per unit. CTPOA has been asked to step into this matter by a group of concerned housing providers and has agreed to do so. This looks similar to the illegal tax in New Britain we fought and an attorney is being retained for this matter……please contact us; this is a significant issue!
